The Metropolitan registration form attached to this e-mail must be completed and returned along with a check to the League Treasurer by Friday, August 11, 2023 at:

This form will be used to register your organization within our League. Please complete all the information on the form.

• League = Metropolitan Pop Warner League
• City/Town(s) = Where Association’s field is located
• Association Name
• Amount Paid = Amount due based on number of teams
• Home Field = Where home games are played, if more than one list them all
• Address = Address of the field(s); please include the zip code
• Association’s Officers
• Team Info (Please indicate if you’re registering Age Based. If more than one team lists number of teams and the nicknames of all of them.
• Sign and date the form

To calculate the amount you owe, use the following calculations:

Calculation Examples:         

• If you predict five (5) football teams & four (4) cheer squads for season 2023:

   

  Total:  5 x $150 = $750 and 4 x $150 = $600; so, $750 + $600 = $1,350

   

• If you participated in Eastern Mass for the 2022 season and you had four (4) football teams and three (3) cheer squads, you will receive a $35 credit per roster:

   

              Total credited:  4 x $35 = $140 and 3 x $35 = $105; so, $140 + $105 = $245

   

• Total Registration Due:$1,350 - $245 = $1,105 (this is the amount your check will be)

If at any point you would like to add a roster, it will be an additional $150 per roster.
